TVET Training Programs and Institutional Development

Programs

The College commenced its training programs based on local labor market demand by offering four (4) occupational fields, namely:
– Building Electrical Installation (BEI),
– Furniture Making (FM),
– Building Metal Work (BMW), and
– General Metal Fabrication and Assembling (GMF&A).
Although training had been delivered in alignment with the TVET strategy and supported by structured planning to ensure quality and competency-based education, various challenges hindered the achievement of the intended outcomes. Currently, however, the College has shown significant improvement by addressing critical shortages in human resources, and its operational activities are steadily improving.

The four (4) occupational fields offered

  • Building Electrical Installation (BEI)
  • Furniture Making (FM)
  • Building Metal Work (BMW)
  • General Metal Fabrication and Assembling (GMF&A).
