To deliver quality training by deploying competent instructors and supplying the labor market with skilled professionals who meet industry demands.


To operationalize TEI as a foundation for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), enabling them to produce competitive market-oriented products.


To identify and provide training programs within the College based on labor market demand assessments.

Vision

To produce skilled professionals in both quantity and quality who meet labor market demands, actively participate in regional industrial development, become globally competitive, achieve self-reliance, and contribute to poverty eradication.

To become a nationally recognized institution by delivering community-beneficial and nationally relevant occupational programs.
